Who we are

Pentests.ie is a trading name of Elleo Limited, a company registered in Ireland, based in Waterford. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@pentests.ie.

What we collect, and why

The quote form. If you request a quote we collect the details you enter — typically your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your application. We use these solely to prepare and send your quote and to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows.

Cookies and analytics. This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking.

Where it goes

The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Quote-form submissions are delivered to our email. We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't become engagements are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, contract and engagement records are kept for as long as our legal and insurance obligations require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or ask us to restrict processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. Email hello@pentests.ie and we'll respond within a month. You can also complain to theData Protection Commission.
